هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر مؤشرات التخطيط الإستراتيجي بجامعة أم البواقي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة فيها، أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (153) أستاذا وطالبا منهم (64) عضو هيئة تدريس، و(89) طالبا وطالبة. استخدمت الباحثة استبيانا مكون من (46)عبارة، وقد أسفرت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات على النتائج التالية: 1) مؤشرات التخطيط الاستراتيجي في جامعة أم البواقي متوفرة بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر كل من الطلبة والأساتذة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابة أساتذة جامعة أم البواقي ومتوسطات استجابة طلبة جامعة أم البواقي على استبيان مدى توافر مؤشرات التخطيط الإستراتيجي. This study aimed to identify the availability of strategic planning indicators at the University of Oum El Bouaghi from the point of view of faculty members and students. The study was conducted on a sample of (153) professors and students, including (64) faculty members, and (89) male and female students. The researcher used a questionnaire consisting of (46) phrases, and the statistical treatment of the data revealed that the indicators of strategic planning at Oum El Bouaghi University are available to a moderate degree from the point of view of both students and professors. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the response averages of Oum El Bouaghi University professors and the Oum El Bouaghi University students' responses to a questionnaire about the availability of strategic planning indicators.
