تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى إختبار العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وأخلاقيات العمل من خلال الدور الوسيطي لمتغير التعلم التنظيمي. وقد جمعت البيانات من عينة من افراد مؤسسة سونلغاز ضمت (276) فردا. اختبر الباحث فرضيات البحث التي استهدفت العلاقة المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين متغيرات البحث. واستخدم الباحث التحليل العاملي التوكيدي لتقدير صدق وثبات مقاييس البحث، والنمذجة البنائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. وقد أثبتت نتائج البحث صحة أغلب الفرضيات، واختتمت الدراسة بمناقشة النتائج، واقتراح بعض التوصيات. The current study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge management and work ethic through the mediating role of the organizational learning variable. The data were collected from a sample of the Sonelgaz company. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the validity and reliability of measures, and to test the validity of the research hypotheses. Results confirm the validity of most hypotheses, and the study was concluded with a discussion and some recommendations. (Published abstract)
