يهدف البحث الراهن إلى إعداد مقياس الرضا الأكاديمي والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، وسعت للإجابة على السؤالين التاليين: ما البنية العاملية لمقياس الرضا الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة؟ وهل يتمتع مقياس الرضا الأكاديمي بصدق وثبات مرتفع؟ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (292) طالب وطالبة من تخصصات مختلفة بكلية التربية جامعة عين شمس خلال العام الجامعي 2020-2021م (50 من الذكور، 242 من الإناث) بمتوسط عمري قدره (20,66) وانحراف معياري قدره (1.25) بهدف التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المقياس يتشبع على ثمانية عوامل: الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي، والرضا عن المناهج الدراسية، والرضا عن تعامل الأساتذة مع الطلاب، والرضا عن التعامل مع الزملاء، الرضا عن الظروف المتعلقة بالتدريس والمصاحبة له، والرضا عن أسلوب الامتحان والتقويم بالكلية، والرضا عن النشاطات الموجودة بالكلية، والرضا عن المناخ الجامعي أو البيئة الجامعية والخدمات المقدمة، كما تمتع المقياس بثبات مرتفع حيث بلغت قيمة ألفا كرونباك (0.91)، والتجزئة النصفية (0.88) للمقياس ككل. The current study aims to prepare the measure of academic satisfaction and verify its psychometric properties, and sought to answer the following two questions: What is the factorial structure of the measure of academic satisfaction among a sample of university students? Does the academic satisfaction measure have high validity and reliability? The study sample consisted of (292) male and female students from different disciplines at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University during the academic year 2020-2021 AD (50 males, 242 females) with an average age of (20.66) and a standard deviation of (l .25) in order to verify the psychometric properties for the study tool. The results of the study concluded that the scale is saturated on eight factors: satisfaction with the academic specialization, satisfaction with the curricula, satisfaction with the professors' interaction with students, satisfaction with dealing with colleagues, satisfaction with the conditions related to teaching and accompanying it, and satisfaction with the examination and evaluation method in the college. Satisfaction with the activities in the college, and satisfaction with the university climate or the university environment and the services provided. The scale also enjoyed high stability, with the value of Alpha Cronback (91.0), and the half-segmentation (88.0) for the scale as a whole. (Published abstract)
