استهدف البحث الحالي تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والابتكار في العلوم لدى عينة من تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي الأزهري؛ باستخدام استراتيجية مقترحة قائمة على مبادئ التعلم البنائي، وتمثلت أداتا البحث في اختبار لقياس أبعاد الاستيعاب المفاهيمي، ومقياس للتفكير الابتكاري في العلوم للفصل الدراسي الأول 2018-2019م. وتوصل البحث لعدد من النتائج من أهمها فاعلية الاستراتيجية المقترحة في تنمية الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والابتكار في العلوم، مع وجود علاقة موجبة بين الاستيعاب المفاهيمي والابتكار. وقدم البحث عددا من التوصيات من أهمها ضرورة الاستفادة من مبادئ التعلم البنائي في بناء مهام أنشطة العلوم، وضرورة بناء البرامج المقترحة اللازمة لتنمية أبعاد الاستيعاب وجوانب الابتكار في العلوم لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي الأزهري. The current research aimed at developing the conceptual acquisition and creativity in science among Al-Azhar five-year primary stage students via a strategy based on the constructive learning principles. The study made use of a test assessing the dimensions of the conceptual acquisition, and scale of creative thinking in science during the first term of the academic year 2017-2018 A.D. The results of the study pinpointed the effectiveness of the suggested strategy in developing the conceptual acquisition and creativity in science. The results also showed that there is a positive correlation between the conceptual acquisition and creativity. The research recommended utilizing the principles of the constructive learning in developing science tasks in the light of such principles. Furthermore, the study recommended developing the necessary suggested programs for developing the dimensions of acquisition and creativity in science among the Al-Azhar five-year primary stage students.
