بعد الإغلاق العام الذي تسبب فيه إنتشار فيروس كورونا في بداية عام 2020، لجأت معظم الجامعات في دول العالم، ومنها الجزائر، إلى الإعتماد على التعليم عن بعد، بهدف ضمان مواصلة العملية التعليمة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى توفر متطلبات نظام التعليم عن بعد، الذي اعتمدت عليه الجامعات الجزائرية كنظام مساعد للتعليم التقليدي، خلال وبعد أزمة فيروس كورونا التي اجتاحت العالم، من وجهة نظر عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين. وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، وعلى الاستبانة في الجانب التطبيقي للدراسة. ووجدت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك توفراً متوسطاً للمتطلبات البشرية الخاصة بعملية التعليم عن بعد، في حين أن هناك ضعفا كبيرا في المتطلبات التقنية والإدارية، حسب رأي 30 أستاذا من مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية. Because of the spread of Corona virus at the beginning of 2020, most countries of the world - including Algeria - have resorted to distance education to continue the educational process. This study aims to find out the availability of the requirements of the distance education system, on which Algerian universities relied as an auxiliary system for traditional education, during and after the Corona virus crisis that swept the world, from the point of view of a sample of university professors. The descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical side, and the questionnaire was used in the applied side of the study. The results of the study found that there is an average availability of the human requirements for a distance education process, while there is a significant weakness in the technical and administrative requirements, according to the opinion of 30 professors from various Algerian universities.
