سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعريف بعملية تقنين الإختبارات في الدراسات النفسية والتربوية وخطواته. وتوضيح بعض الإختلافات في هذه العملية بحسب البحث نفسي أو تربوي. وتوصلت إلى أنه هناك بعض الإختلافات في هذه العملية بين البحوث النفسية والتربوية إذ أنه لا يتم الإعتماد على قياس صعوبة وسهولة الفقرات في بعض الإختبارات النفسية إلا ما تعلق منها بدراسة القدرات العقلية. كما أنه لا يتم دراسة فعالية المموهات ومؤشراتها في الإختبارات النفسية عكس الإختبارات التربوية التي تعتمد على قياس التحصيل الدراسي في أغلب الدراسات البحثية. كما توصلت إلى تأكيد أهمية خطوة التحقق من مستوى خطأ القياس في الدراسات النفسية والتربوية على حد سواء لما له من أهمية. The current study sought to define the process of Standardization in psychological and educational tests and define its objectives. And clarify its steps from analyzing the test items and verifying its psychometric properties of validity and reliability. It also sought to clarify the methodological errors related to the process of codifying psychological and educational tests and the differences between the legalization of psychological testing and educational testing. And it concluded by giving some suggested solutions to improve the legalization process for psychological and educational testing, represented in: Encourage the researcher to have the skill of deleting weak paragraphs from the measurement tool. Extract the discriminatory power of the paragraphs, whether the test is psychological or educational. (Published abstract)
