هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة أساتذة علوم الطبيعة والحياة بالمرحلة المتوسطة للكفايات التدريسية في ظل تطبيق إصلاحات الجيل الثاني من المناهج من وجهة نظرهم، إضافة إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، الخبرة المهنية، طبيعة التكوين. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم توزيع استبيان أُعد لهذا الغرض مكون من (47) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد (كفايات التخطيط، كفايات التنفيذ، كفايات التقويم، كفايات إدارة الصف والتفاعل الصفي)، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبيان حيث تم عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين من أهل الإختصاص وبلوغ معامل ثباته بمعادلة ألفا كرونباخ (0.91)، تم توزيعه على عينة الدراسة المكونة من 42 أستاذ وأستاذة يزاولون تدريسهم بمتوسطات الولاية الجديدة تقرت تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أن درجة ممارسة أساتذة علوم الطبيعة والحياة بالمرحلة المتوسطة للكفايات التدريسية كانت فوق المتوسط على مستوى الأداة ككل وعلى كل بعد من أبعاد أداة الدراسة باستثناء بعد كفايات التقويم الذي مستواه جاء دون المتوسط، 2) كما تبين تقصير أفراد عينة الدراسة في ممارسة بعض الكفايات المرتبطة بالتعلم البنائي والبنائي الإجتماعي المعتمد في مناهج الجيل الثاني، 3) كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة عينة الدراسة للكفايات التدريسية تعزى إلى متغيرات: الجنس وطبيعة التكوين وسنوات العمل. The current study aimed at identifying the level of practicing teachers of natural sciences and life in the middle schools of teaching competencies in light of applying reforms of the second generation of curricula from the point of view of the teachers themselves, in addition to knowing whether there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the members of the study sample due to variables: gender (Male - Female), Professional Experience (less than 8 years - between 8 and 15 years - more than 15 years), nature of training (university - higher school for teachers - Technological Institute for Education), To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, where a questionnaire prepared for this purpose was distributed consisting of (47) paragraphs distributed on four dimensions (planning competencies, implementation efficiencies, evaluation competencies, class management competencies and class interaction), and after ensuring the validity and consistency of the questionnaire where It was presented to a group of arbitrators from the specialists (professors of psychology and education sciences and inspectors of intermediate education for the subject of nature and life sciences) and reached its coefficient of persistence by the Alpha Cronbach equation (0.91), distributed to a study sample consisting of 42 teachers who are teaching in the middle schools of the new state - Touggourt - They were randomized. The results of the study showed the following: 1) The degree of middle school teachers of natural sciences and life for teaching competencies was generally above average for the study tool as a whole. 2) The level of the practice by the study sample members for the competencies of lesson planning is good, which means that teachers are interested in preparing their lessons. 3) The level of the practice of the study sample individuals for the efficiencies of implementing the lesson is medium. 4) The level of the practice of the study sample individuals for class management competencies and above-average classroom interaction. 5) The level of practice by the study sample individuals for the evaluation competencies is below average. 6) The failure of the study sample members to practice some of the competencies associated with structural and social learning adopted in the curricula of the second generation, such as: developing group work, caring for previous acquisitions and developing them, and accustoming students to self-evaluation and evaluating their colleagues .. 7) There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample individuals practicing teaching competencies according to the variables (gender, nature of training, professional experience), due to the fact that the members of the study sample despite their differences, but they have the same knowledge and skills in dealing with new curricula approved in 2016, which It was applied without teacher training on how to deal with it. La présente étude visait à identifier le niveau de pratique des professeurs de sciences naturelles et de la vie au stade intermédiaire des compétences pédagogiques à la lumière de l'application de réformes de la deuxième génération de programmes de leur point de vue, en plus de savoir s'il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les moyennes des réponses des individus de l'échantillon à l'étude en raison de variables: sexe, expérience professionnelle , La nature de la composition. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, les chercheurs ont utilisé l'approche analytique descriptive, où un questionnaire préparé à cet effet a été distribué composé de (47) paragraphes répartis sur quatre dimensions (compétences de planification, efficacité de la mise en œuvre, compétences d'évaluation, compétences de gestion de classe et interaction de classe), et après avoir vérifié la validité et la cohérence du questionnaire là où il a été fait Présenté à un groupe d'arbitres des spécialistes et atteint son facteur de stabilité par l'équation Alpha Cronbach (0.91), il a été distribué à l'échantillon d'étude composé de 42 professeurs et professeurs qui leur enseignent avec les moyennes du nouvel état, il a été décidé au hasard. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que le niveau des professeurs de sciences naturelles et de la vie en exercice au niveau intermédiaire des compétences pédagogiques était supérieur à la moyenne au niveau de l'outil dans son ensemble et sur chaque dimension de l'outil d'étude sauf après les compétences d'évaluation dont le niveau était inférieur à la moyenne.
