يوجد العشرات من الأبحاث العلمية، في مجال التحليل النفسي، تهدف إلى فهم المراحل الأولى من الحياة النفسية للطفل، كيفية تكوين الجهاز النفسي وكذا حيثيات ظهور أول علاقة بالموضوع. أغلب هذه الأبحاث كللت بنظريات تحليلية تسلط الضوء على العلاقة بين الروابط العائلية الأولية ومآل الحياة النفسية للأفراد، يعد P.Racamier من بين أبرز المحللين الذين سلطوا الضوء على نوعية العلاقات الأولية طفل-أم وعلى ظهور الاضطرابات النفسية في الحياة المستقبلية لهؤلاء الأطفال. إذن وبالرجوع إلى مفهوم "العلاقة القرب محارمية" بين الطفل وأمه المقدمة من طرف P.Racamier، وبالاعتماد على المقابلة العيادية البحثية يحاول الباحثون من خلال هذا المقال القيام بقراءة تحليلية لبعض الاضطرابات النفسية، مثل المرور إلى الأفعال العنيفة والإدمان، التي صادفوها عند مراهق متواجد في مركز إعادة التربية. وبذلك، تكمن أهمية هذا العمل في مساعدة المهنيين في الوقاية من اضطرابات السلوك المحتملة، من خلال الرصد المبكر لهذا النوع من الإرتباط. In psychoanalysis, dozens of research are carried out in order to understand the psychology of the first moments of life, the genesis of the psyche and the appearance of the first object relation. In most cases, this research has led to psychoanalytic theories linking the first interfamilial relations with the future of the life of individuals. Racamier is considered one of the authors who has best studied the relationship between problems encountered by the child in his first relations with his mother and the appearance of psychopathological symptoms in the future life of this child. Thus referring to the notion of incestual relationship" between the child and his mother, advanced by Racamier, and relying on clinical interview research; the authors attempt, through this article, to make a psychoanalytic reading of psychological disorders such as violent acting out and addictive tendencies, encountered in a teenager placed at the level of a reeducation center. However, the importance of this word lies in helping professionals to prevent possible behavioral by early identification of this types of link. (Published abstract)

En psychanalyse, plusieurs dizaines de recherches sont réalisées dans le but de comprendre la psychologie des premiers moments de la vie, la genèse de la psyché et l’apparition de la première relation objectale. Ces recherches ont abouti dans la plupart du temps à des théories psychanalytiques mettant le lien entre les premières relations intrafamiliales et le devenir de la vie des individus. Racamier est considéré comme l’un des auteurs qui a le mieux étudié le rapport entre des problèmes rencontrés par l’enfant dans ses premières relations à sa mère et l’apparition de symptômes psychopathologiques dans la vie future de cet enfant. En se référant à la notion de « relation incestuelle » entre l’enfant et sa mère, avancée par Racamier, et en s’étayant sur l’entretien clinique de recherché; les auteurs tentent, à travers cet article, de faire une lecture psychanalytique des troubles psychologiques rencontrés chez un adolescent placé au niveau d’un centre de rééducation pour avoir présenté des problématiques de l’agir à savoir un passage à l’acte violent et des conduites addictives. Cependant, l’importance de ce travail réside dans le fait d’aider les professionnels à la prévention d’éventuels troubles de comportements, de par repérage précoce de ce type de liens. (Résumé publié)
