يهدف البحث إلى إكتشاف عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهارات التفكير الإبداعي عند الطلبة الجامعيين من حيث مهارة الطلاقة الفكرية والمرونة التلقائية ومهارة الأصالة الإبداعية، في نظامين مختلفين نظام كلاسيكي ونظام LMD، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المقارن الذي يهدف إلى تحديد الفروق الموجودة بين المجموعتين، كما تم الإعتماد على إختبار التفكير الإبداعي، كأداة لجمع البيانات والتي طبقت على عينة قصدية من طلبة الماستر تهيئة حضرية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في كل من الطلاقة الفكرية، المرونة التلقائية والأصالة الإبداعية لدى عينة الدراسة، بالتالي عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى عينة من طلبة الماستر تهيئة حضرية نظام كلاسيكي ونظائرهم في النظام LMD رغم سعى وزارة التعليم العالي في الإصلاحات الأخيرة إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال تنمية تفكير الطلبة على الإبداع والقدرة على إنتاج المعرفة لدى الطالب الجامعي. This research attempts to investigate a set of creative thinking skills of university students as well as showing the vital role of higher education in the development of their creative thinking skills. Moreover, determine the differences in acquiring thinking skills in two different systems of education, namely LMD system and the classical one. In this connection, the ministry of higher education has strived to fulfil this purpose in the recent reforms. This was through an attempt in developing students' level of thinking. This has inevitably prompted us to look at the role of ministry of higher education in the contributions that may optimize the capacity of generating a good knowledge and the skills of thinking for university students. To account for all that, one will ask the following question, is there any statistically significant differences in the skills of creative thinking between a sample of Master degree urban development students from the classical system, and their counterparts in the LMD system?
