أصبح موضوع الصحة النفسية من القضايا الملحة التي فرضت نفسها على المجتمع العملي والسياسي، فهي تنعكس في الفعالية في الأداء سواء المهني أو الأكاديمي، والقدرة على إيجاد البدائل الإيجابية والتكيف مع الضغوطات، وتحمل الإحباط، وتعتبر هذه السلوكيات مظاهر صحية تنتج عن عملية التنشئة الإجتماعية بمختلف مؤسساتها على مستوى مراحل العمر المختلفة. ومن هذا المنطلق هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إستكشاف واقع الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة، وذلك من خلال عينة من طلبة قسم العلوم الإجتماعية بجامعة تيارت، وبالإعتماد على خطوات المنهج الوصفي، تم تطبيق مقياس الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة الذي أعده للبيئة العربية أبو أسعد (2001)، والذي يتكون من 15 عبارة في صورته النهائية بعد التحقق من إجراءات الصدق والثبات في البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الباحثان. تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة مكونة من 300 طالب بواقع 70 طالبا و230 طالبة من قسم العلوم الإجتماعية، وقد تم تحليل بيانات الدراسة بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS)، بالإعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. وتوصل الباحثان إلى تمتع أفراد عينة الدراسة من طلبة قسم العلوم الإجتماعية بدرجة عالية من الصحة النفسية، كما تم التوصل إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الذكور والإناث في درجة الصحة النفسية، بينما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة الصحة النفسية تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح السنة الثالثة ليسانس، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود تفاعل بين الجنس والمستوى الدراسي في التأثير على درجة الصحة النفسية لدى أفراد العينة. وتم ختام الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والإقتراحات المهمة بالنسبة للإهتمام بالصحة النفسية في البيئة الجامعية. The present study aims to explore the reality of mental health in a sample of students of the Department of Social Sciences at the University of Tiaret, based on the mental health measure of university students prepared by the Arab environment Abu Asaad (2001). The measure consists of 15 words after verifying the procedures of honesty and stability in the Algerian environment By the researchers. The scale was applied to a sample of 300 students from the Department of Social Sciences. The study data was analyzed by the Statistical Program of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), based on a set of statistical methods, and the researchers found that the members of the study sample from the students of the Department of Social Sciences enjoy a high degree of mental health, and it was found that there were no significant differences statistically between males and females in the degree of mental health, while it was found that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of mental health due to the variable of the academic level in favor of the third year of the Bachelor’s degree, and the study also found that there is no interaction between sex and the academic level in influencing the degree of mental health for The sample members, and the study was concluded with some important recommendations and suggestions regarding concern for mental health in the university environment. Cette étude visait à révéler la présence de différences statistiquement significatives entre les réponses des étudiants venant au baccalauréat dans le niveau de l’impuissance acquis selon certaines variables (sexe, spécialisation). Pour atteindre cet objectif, l'approche descriptive a été utilisée, selon laquelle L'échelle de l’impuissance acquis de Hanan Daher a été appliquée à un intentionnelle échantillon de 40 élèves du lycéé Mustafa Ben Boulid de Batna. Et les résultats de l'étude ont révélé qu'il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les réponses des étudiants sur l'échelle de l’impuissance acquis attribuables à la variable de sex, alors qu'il a été prouvé qu'il n'y avait pas de différences statistiquement significatives entre les réponses des étudiants sur l'échelle de l’impuissance acquis en raison de la variable de spécialité, et sur la base de ces résultats, l'étude est sortie avec un ensemble de suggestions.
