تهدف الدراسة الحالية تعرّف دور تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية وتطويرها، للخروج منها بالمقترحات والإجراءات التي تساعد على تطوير تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية وأفاق تطويرها، من خلال تحليل ومراجعة البحوث والدراسات السابقة والأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية بما يضمن الخروج برؤية علاجية متكاملة لمواجهة تحديات صنع السياسات التربوية. وتختلف الدراسة الراهنة عن الدراسات السابقة في منهجية الدراسة إذ تعتمد الدراسة الحالية على تحليل الأدبيات التربوية التي تداولت تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية من خلال المنهج التحليلي وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسات السابقة ووفقًا لرؤية الباحث تقوم الدراسة الراهنة بوضع رؤية علمية لمواجهة معوقات ومشكلات تقييم أداء المؤسسات التربوية باستخدام طريقة التغذية العكسية 360 درجة على صنع السياسات التربوية. The current study aims to define the role of evaluating the performance of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy making and development, to come out with proposals and procedures that help develop the evaluation of the performance of educational institutions and the prospects for their development, through the analysis and review of previous research and studies and educational literature that dealt with the evaluation of the performance of institutions Educational using the 360- degree feedback method on educational policy-making to ensure an integrated remedial vision to meet the challenges of educational policy-making. The current study differs from previous studies in the methodology of the study, as the current study relies on the analysis of educational literature that discussed the evaluation of the performance of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy-making through the analytical approach and in light of the results of previous studies and according to the researcher’s vision. A scientific approach to face the obstacles and problems of evaluating the performance of educational institutions using the 360-degree feedback method on educational policy-making.
