هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة السويس للصلابة النفسية بين التوافق الزواجي والضغوط النفسية لدى دور معلمي مرحلة الروضة في تنمية الحس الجمالي والتربوي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدم فريق البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي والعملي وجدول إحصائيات لتوزيع المجتمع الإحصائي، والمنهج الوصفي في تناول الإطار النظري للدراسة التي تضمنت أربعة محاور رئيسية، شملت دراسة الصلابة النفسية بين التوافق الزواجي والضغوط النفسية لدى دور معلمي مرحلة الروضة في تنمية الحس الجمالي والتربوي في ضوء متغيرات الجنس، العمر، الخبرة. واعتمد فريق البحث في الدراسة على نتائج الدراسات السابقة، والمعطيات العلمية للدراسة النظرية، ودراسة واقع الإحصائيات من المجتمع الإحصائي والمنهج الوصفي، ودراسة أثر ذلك على الحس الجمالي والتربوي، وأثره على دور معلمي الروضة نحو النشئ، وآليات ما بعد التجريب. وقدم فريق البحث في نهاية الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات للصلابة النفسية بين التوافق الزواجي والضغوط النفسية لدى دور معلمي مرحلة الروضة في تنمية الحس الجمالي والتربوي. The current study aimed to present a field study in Suez governorate for Psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and Psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense, and for that reason, the research group used the analytical, descriptive method in the practical side, and in the table of statistics for the distribution of the research population and descriptive method for the theoretical framework of the study, which included four main dimensions, included the study of Psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and Psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense in the light of some variables as gender, age, and experience. The research group of this study adopted the results of previous studies, the scientific data for the theoretical study, and the reality of statistics from the research population and descriptive method, and the effect of these things on the aesthetical and educational sense, and on the role of kindergarten teachers towards young children, and on post-experiment mechanisms. The research group presented some recommendations by the end of the study for the psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense.
