مشكلة البحث: ضعف مهارات التفكير لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وشيوع الطرق التقليدية في تدريسهن؛ مما أدى إلى ضعف مهارات التفكير لدى أطفال الروضة. وقد تطلب هذا: 1) إعداد قائمة بمهارات التفكير الواجب توافرها لدى معلمات وأطفال الروضة. 2) تصميم برنامج تنمية مهنية كورت لتنمية مهارات التفكير لدى معلمات وأطفال الروضة. 3) تنمية مهارات التفكير لدى معلمات وأطفال الروضة من خلال برنامج تنمية مهنية كورت. 4) قياس أثر تنمية مهارات التفكير لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، في تنمية مهارات التفكير لدى أطفال الروضة من خلال برنامج كورت. طبق البحث على عينة من معلمات الروضة 36 معلمة تم تقسيمهم لمجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة وعينة من الأطفال بالمستوى الثاني من عمر (5-6) سنوات K G 2 62 طفل تم تقسيمهم أيضا إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، تم تحديد مهارات التفكير اللازمة للمعلمات والأطفال وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على معلمات وأطفال المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة قبليا ثم تم تطبيق البرنامج المقترح للتنمية المهنية كورت على معلمات المجموعة التجريبية وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق تجربة البحث تم تطبيق أداتي البحث بعديا، وأشارت أهم النتائج إلى: نمو مهارات التفكير لدى عينة البحث التجريبية لطبيعة الأنشطة التعليمية المحددة لتنمية مهارات التفكير على التطبيقات الوظيفية لمنهج مرحلة رياض الأطفال. ومن أهم التوصيات: 1) تبنى برنامج التنمية المهنية كورت الذي اقترحته الدراسة. 2) نشر ثقافة التفكير ومهاراته بين معلمات، وأولياء الأمور، وأطفال مرحلة رياض من خلال المزيد عقد الندوات واللقاءات التوعوية. 3) إجراء دراسة تتبعية لنفس العينة لتدريس مجالات الكورت المتبقية. Research problem: the weak thinking skills of kindergarten teachers and the prevalence of traditional methods of teaching them; which led to weak thinking skills of kindergarten children. This may require: 1) Preparing a list of the thinking skills that kindergarten teachers and children should have. 2) Designing a professional development program to develop the thinking skills of kindergarten teachers and children. 3) Developing the thinking skills of kindergarten teachers and children through a professional development program, Kurt. 4) Measuring the effect of developing the thinking skills of kindergarten teachers in developing the thinking skills of kindergarten children through the Cort program. The research was applied to a sample of 36 kindergarten teachers who were divided into two experimental and control groups and a sample of children at the second level of 5-6 years of age, KG 2 62 children, who were also divided into two experimental and control groups. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the semi-experimental method. The necessary thinking for teachers and children, and the research tools were applied to the teachers and children of the experimental and control groups before, then the proposed program for professional development Kurt was applied to the parameters of the experimental group, and after completing the application of the research experiment, the two research tools were applied later. The most important results indicated: The thinking skills of the experimental research sample of the nature of the specific educational activities to develop thinking skills on the functional applications of the kindergarten curriculum. Among the most important recommendations: 1) Adopting the professional development program Cort suggested by the study. 2) Spreading the culture of thinking and its skills among teachers, parents and kindergarten children through more seminars and awareness meetings. 3) Conducting a follow-up study for the same sample to teach the remaining areas of the Cort.
