هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام إستراتيجية التعلم باللعب في تنمية مهارات التفكير الناقد في مادة العلوم لدى طلبة الصف الرابع الأساسي في مديرية تربية لواء الأغوار الشمالية. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (48) طالبا من طلبة المدارس الأساسية التابعة لمديرية تربية لواء الأغوار الشمالية. وبناء عليه فقد تم اختيار مجموعتين من طلبة الصف الرابع الأساسي بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطه حيث تمثل المجموعة الأولى والبالغ عددها (24) طالبا المجموعة التجريبية، والمجموعة الثانية والبالغ عددها (24) طالبا المجموعة الضابطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد اختبار لمهارات التفكير الناقد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر لاستراتيجية التعلم باللعب دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط علامات المجموعتين التجريبية التي درست باستخدام استراتيجية التعلم باللعب وعلامات المجموعة الضابطة التي درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية على اختبارات التفكير الناقد لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. The study aimed to identify the effect of using the strategy of learning by playing in developing critical thinking skills in science subject among the fourth-grade students in the Northern Jordan Valley Education Directorate. The study followed the semi-experimental approach. Education of the Northern Valleys Brigade, and accordingly, two groups of fourth grade students were selected in a simple random way, where the first group of (24) students represented the experimental group, and the second group of (24) students was the control group. To achieve the objectives of the study, a skills test was prepared Critical thinking, and the results of the study showed that there was a statistically significant effect of the learning by playing strategy between the average marks of the two experimental groups that were studied using the learning by playing strategy and the marks of the control group that were taught in the usual way on critical thinking tests in favor of the experimental group.
