هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع مخرجات كليات العلوم التربوية بالجامعات الأردنية ومستوى مواءمتها لحاجات سوق العمل وذلك من وجهة نظر أرباب العمل في القطاعين العام والخاص. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج النوعي المعتمد على المقابلة كأداة للدراسة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء المدارس، وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة، والمشرفين التربويين في العاصمة عمان، وقد تم اختيار عينة قصدية متيسرة عددها (60) رب من أرباب العمل المشار اليهم. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة اتفاق جميع أفراد العينة بأن المستوى العلمي لخريجي كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية جيد نسبيا، وأن مستوى الخريجين المهاري جيد من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ومدراء المدارس، ومقبول نسبيا من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، وبخصوص درجة مواكبة برامج كليات العلوم التربوية للمستجدات العلمية والمهارية أتفق أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ومدراء المدارس بأنها بدرجة جيده نسبيا، بينما أشار المشرفين التربويين بأنها مقبولة، وبخصوص المواءمة بين مخرجات كليات العلوم التربوية لحاجات سوق العمل فيرى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ومدراء المدارس بأنها مقتصره في اغلبها على الجانب المعرفي (النظري) على حساب الجانب المهاري (التطبيقي)، في حين يرى المشرفين التربويين بعدم وجود المواءمة، وتطرح الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات التربوية التي تعمل على تحقيق الملاءمة. The study aimed to find out the status of the outcomes of the schools of educational sciences and their alignment with the needs of the labor market in Jordanian universities from the perspective of employers in the public and private sectors, academics in the schools of educational sciences in public and private universities, and educational supervisors in the capital, Amman. The study selected a sample of (60) from among the aforementioned employers. The results of the study showed the agreement of the sample members that the scientific level of graduates of the schools of educational sciences in Jordanian universities are relatively good, and Regarding the skill level of graduates, the faculty members and school directors agreed that it is at a relatively good, while the educational supervisors indicated that it is acceptable, and regarding the degree to which the programs of the school of educational sciences keep pace with scientific and skill developments, the faculty members and school directors agreed that it is at a relatively good, while the educational supervisors indicated that it is acceptable, and with regard to the alignment between the outputs of the school of educational sciences with the needs of the labor market. The faculty members and school directors see that it is mostly limited to the cognitive (theoretical) side at the expense of the skill (applied), while the educational supervisors indicated there is no alignment, and the study presents a set of educational recommendations to enable the school of educational sciences to align their outputs with market needs.
