يهدف البحث إلى تحليل توجهات السياسة التعليمية في المملكة العربية السعودية وفق نظام الجامعات الجديد في ضوء مؤشرات الريادة العالمية وذلك من خلال استعراض نظام الجامعات الجديد من أجل الاستدلال على مؤشرات الريادة في بنود ومواد النظام الجديد. ويأتي هذا العمل ليحلل سياسات التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير الريادة، وذلك بهدف التعرف على معالم السياسة التعليمية في المملكة العربية السعودية وفق مشروع نظام الجامعات الجديد، بهدف الخروج بتوصيات تدعم التحول نحو الريادة، ومشكلة البحث ستكون عن التعليم العالي ومشكلاته التي يعاني منها وضرورة مواجهة تلك المشكلات والعقبات والتحديات بنظام جديد يضبط أمره ويعيد هيكلته ويطوره ويسير به نحو الريادة. The current research aims to analyze the educational policy trends in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the new university system in light of the indicators of global leadership, by reviewing the new university system in order to infer the leadership indicators in the items and materials of the new system. This work comes to analyze the education policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the standards of leadership, with the aim of identifying the features of the educational policy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the new university system project, with the aim of coming up with recommendations that support the shift towards leadership, and the problem of research will be about higher education and its problems that it suffers from. And the need to confront these problems, obstacles and challenges with a new system that controls, restructures, and develops it, and moves it towards leadership. (Published abstract)
