هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل صيغة فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة وكيفية تفعيل دور البحث العلمي في ضوء هذه الفلسفة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك لملائمته تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وكان من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل لها، أهمية توفير عدد من المتطلبات لتفعيل دور البحث العلمي في ضوء فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة ومن هذه المتطلبات؛ وجود قنوات رسمية تعمل على الاستفادة من نتائج البحوث التي يجريها الباحثين في قطاعات العمل والخدمات كمراكز التميز الموجودة في كندا ومنتزهات العلوم في أمريكا ومدينة تسوكوبا للعلوم في اليابان، وعمل شراكة بحثية بين رجال الصناعة والمهتمين بالأبحاث العلمية مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ لإثراء المعرفة العلمية بالبحوث النظرية والتطبيقية، ويمكن الاستفادة من التجربة اليابانية في توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس كمدراء أو أساتذة زائرين في الشركات، وأيضا العمل على استبدال المنتج الأجنبي بالمنتج المحلي، من خلال تطبيق البحوث العلمية وتسويق المنتجات والابتكارات، ومن الآليات التي تسهم في تفعيل دور البحوث العلمية في ضوء فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة؛ إنشاء مراكز التميز ومراكز الاستشارات والكراسي العلمية في الجامعات تحقيقا لأهداف الجامعة المنتجة. The study aimed to analyze the formula of the university's productive philosophy and how to activate the role of scientific research in the light of this philosophy. The university’s productive philosophy and among these requirements; The existence of official channels that work to benefit from the results of research conducted by researchers in the labor and service sectors, such as centers of excellence in Canada, science parks in America and Tsukuba Science City in Japan, and the work of a research partnership between industrialists and those interested in scientific research with faculty members. To enrich scientific knowledge with theoretical and applied research, and the Japanese experience can be benefited from in employing faculty members as managers or visiting professors in companies, as well as working to replace the foreign product with the local product, through the application of scientific research and marketing of products and innovations, and one of the mechanisms that contribute to activating the role of research Scientific in light of the university’s productive philosophy; Establishing centers of excellence, consulting centers and scientific chairs in universities to achieve the university's productive goals.
