هدفت الدراسة التعرف على تكنولوجيا التعليم ودورها في تفعيل أهداف تعليم التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم القراءة والكتابة من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي وهذا من خلال: 1) التعرف على أسس ومرتكزات تكنولوجيا التعليم، التعرف على تصنيف وسائط تكنولوجيا التعليم لذوي صعوبات التعلم بنوعيها التقنيات التعليمية الإلكترونية والتقنيات التعليمية غير الإلكترونية. 2) التعرف على تقييم مستوى توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم في تحقيق أهداف تعليم ذوي صعوبات تعلم القراءة والكتابة من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة بلغت (57) أستاذ وأستاذة، بتطبيق استبيان استخدام التقنيات التعليمية لذوي صعوبات التعلم للباحث "عبد العزيز بن محمد بن شجاع العصيمي" والذي يتكون من 18 عبارة.
