هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف المهارات القيادية المضمنة في كتاب الدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في ضوء استراتيجية هيئة تطوير عسير. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينته من جميع مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة للفصل الدراسي الأول والفصل الدراسي الثاني من طبعة 1443هـ/ 2021م، وهي عبارة عن (6) مقررات دراسية. جمعت البيانات عن طريق بطاقة تحليل المحتوى، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المهارات القيادية الإنسانية جاءت في الترتيب الأول وبدرجة متوسطة، والمهارات القيادية الفكرية جاءت في الترتيب الثاني وبدرجة متوسطة، وأن المهارات القيادية الفنية جاءت في الترتيب الثالث وبدرجة ضعيفة، وأن المهارات القيادية الذاتية جاءت في الترتيب الرابع وبدرجة ضعيفة أيضا، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بتضمين المهارات القيادية الفكرية والمهارات القيادية الإنسانية بشكل موسع داخل مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة، ودعوة القائمين على إعداد مقررات الدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بالتركيز على المهارات القيادية الفنية، والمهارات القيادية الذاتية أو الشخصية وتضمينها بمقررات الدراسات الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة. The current study aimed to identify the leadership skills included in the book of Islamic studies at the intermediate stage in the light of the strategy of the Asir Development Authority. It consists of (6) courses, and the data was collected through a content analysis card. The results of the study concluded that the human leadership skills came in the first rank with a medium degree, and the intellectual leadership skills came in the second rank with a medium degree, and that the technical leadership skills came in the third rank and with a weak degree, and those the self-leadership skills came in the fourth rank and a weak degree as well. The study recommended the need to pay attention to the inclusion of intellectual leadership skills and human leadership skills in an expanded way within the courses of Islamic studies at the intermediate stage, and to invite those in charge of preparing Islamic studies courses at the intermediate stage to focus on technical leadership skills, and personal or personal leadership skills and to include them in the courses of Islamic studies at the intermediate stage.
