مشكلة البحث: ضعف المهارات اليدوية في الملابس لدى معلمات مدرسة الفصل الواحد الأمر الذي يدعو إلى اقتراح وتجريب استخدام استراتيجية تعليمية فاعلة تساعد على تنمية المهارات اليدوية لمشروعات الملابس. هدف البحث: هدف البحث إلى: بيان فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم للإتقان على تنمية المهارات اليدوية في الملابس لدى مجموعة من معلمات مدرسة الفصل الواحد في إطار التنميه البشريه المستدامة. فروض البحث:1) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات في مقياس تقدير المنتج النهائي للمهارات اليدوية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات قبل وبعد التدريس بالنسبة للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. نتائج البحث: أسفرت الإجابة عن تساؤلات البحث عن النتائج التالية: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات في مقياس تقدير المنتج النهائي للمهارات اليدوية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمات قبل وبعد التدريس بالنسبة للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. Research problem: the weakness of the clothes hand skills of the one-class teachers, the matter that demands to suggest and try using an effective learning strategy that can help improving the hand skills of the clothes projects. Research objective: The research aimed to show the learning for perfection strategy effectiveness in developing the clothes hand skills of a group of One-class school teachers, in the scope of permanent human development. Research Hypotheses: 1) There are differences with statistical indicative between the two degrees’ averages of the teachers in the final product evaluation scale of the hand skills in the favor of the post application. 2) There are differences with statistical indicative between the two degrees’ averages of the teachers before and after the teaching process with regard to the achievement test in the favor of the post application. Research results: The answers for the research quests came with the following results: 1) The Presence of differences with statistical indicative between the two degrees’ averages of the teachers in the final product evaluation scale of the hand skills in the favor of the post application. 2) The Presence of differences with statistical indicative between the two degrees’ averages of the teachers before and after the teaching process with regard to the achievement test in the favor of the post application.
