هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى طلاب الصف السادس من المتفوقين والمتأخرين دراسيا بدولة الكويت. ومقارنة مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي بين طلاب الصف السادس المتفوقين والمتأخرين دراسيا بدولة الكويت. وظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن، حيث تمت المقارنة بين مستوى التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى الطلاب المتفوقين مقارنة بغيرهم من المتأخرين دراسيا. وطبقت الدراسة مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن عينة الدراسة من طلاب الصف السادس المتفوقين دراسيا يتمتعون بمستوى من التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي أعلى مقارنة بزملائهم من المتأخرين دراسيا. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغير جنس طلاب الصف السادس من المتفوقين والمتأخرين دراسيا (ذكر/أنثى). The study aimed at discovering the degree of Psychosocial compatibility for both Gifted and underachievers students in Kuwait of Sixth grade. In addition to compare the level of Psychosocial compatibility of sixth grade for both Gifted and underachievers students of Sixth grade in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive comparative methodology, making a comparison between the level of Psychosocial compatibility for Gifted students and underachievers students. The study applied the Psychosocial compatibility scale. The study results were revealed to show that the sample of Gifted sixth grade students have a higher Psychosocial compatibility level than their underachievers peers. It was revealed also that there are no statistical indicative differences in the responses of the study sample that can be attributed to the variation of gender in sixth grade students for both Gifted and underachievers (males/females).
