هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ممارسات تقويم أداء المعلم لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة الرياض، والإجراءات التي تمارس في تقويم أداء المعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الرياض، والمعايير التي في ضوئها يتم تقويم أداء المعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الرياض، ودرجة استخدام المعايير التي في ضوئها يتم تقويم أداء المعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الرياض، والمعايير التي في ضوئها يتم تقويم أداء المعلمين مستقبلا في مدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة الرياض. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أهمية الممارسات التقويمية فى تطوير أداء المعلم وقدمت الدراسة بتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات فى ضوء تحليل النتائج. The study aimed to identify the practices of evaluating teachers' performance in school principals in the Riyadh region, the procedures used to evaluate the performance of teachers in the general education schools in Riyadh, and the criteria against which the performance of teachers in public education schools in Riyadh region is evaluated. The performance of teachers in general education schools in Riyadh region is evaluated and the criteria against which the performance of teachers in the future are evaluated in general education schools in Riyadh. The results of the study indicated the importance of evaluation practices in the development of teacher performance. The study presented a set of recommendations in light of the analysis of the results. (Published abstract)
