The current study aims at improving the performance of the educational supervisor in North Sinai using the administrative creativity portal, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, the study community is made up of all educational supervisors in North Sinai from different disciplines and six conservative administrations, and the resolution was applied to a sample of 250 individuals. The study found a series of findings. The most prominent of which were: The absence of statistically significant differences between male and female averages in the fields of study, and notes that there are no differences between sample responses in the areas of study, nor are there statistically significant differences between sample population averages at 0.05. This is due to the educational supervisor's variable in all aspects of the study except the one that is the obstacle to improving the educational supervisor's performance using administrative creativity. The study recommended that: 1) Create the appropriate climate for the administrative creativity of the educational supervisor. 2) Develop training courses and training programs for the educational supervisor.
