هدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أثر تمثيل الأخلاق المهنية في رفع إنتاجية المدارس الكويتية من وجهة نظر المعلمين فيها، وﻗﺪ ﺑﻠﻐﺖ عينة الدراسة 52 معلما ﺗﻢ اﺧﺘﯿﺎرهم ﺑﺎﻟﻄﺮﯾﻘﺔ العشوائية من بين المعلمين الذين يعملون في مدارس التعليم العام الكويتية. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة أﺳﻠﻮب المقابلة المقننة والمؤلفة من أربعة فقرات موزعة على ﻣﺠﺎﻟﯿﻦ: اﻟﻤﺠﺎل الأول الأخلاق المهنية واﻟﻤﺠﺎل اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ إنتاجية المدرسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن الادارة المدرسية تقوم بتعريف المعلمين على ميثاق الاخلاق المهنية بنسبة عالية كما ان احترام الآخرين ومراعاة الطلبة نفسيا واجتماعيا والامانة العلمية ونقل المعرفة بالشكل المطلوب تعد من اهم الاخلاقيات والسلوكيات المطلوبة من المعلم اثناء عمله. واظهرت النتائج أن الالتزام بالاخلاق المهنية له تأثير في رفع انتاجية العمل، وفي ﺿﻮء هذه النتائج إقترحت اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜة عددا ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﯿﺎت والإقتراحات من اهمها تبني مبدأ الأخلاق المهنية منذ المراحل الأولى في الحياة الجامعية للطالب المعلم. وتزويد المعلمين في بداية عملهم بدليل الأخلاق المهنية مع وصف مفصل عنها، ونشر ثقافة الأخلاق المهنية في مختلف قطاعات الدولة التعليمية والتربوية. This study aimed to know the effect of presenting the professional ethics in raising the Kuwaiti schools productivity from their teachers point of view study sample reached (52) teacher, They have been selected by The random method from the teachers who are working in the Kuwaiti general education schools. The researcher depended on the interview which consisted of four clauses distributed to Two fields: The first field the professional ethics and the second field The school’s productivity. Results showed that the school administration makes the teachers aware of the professional ethics code at a high percentage, also respect of others. Considering the students from the social and psychological sides, the scientific honesty, And knowledge transfer as desired are considered among the most important required ethics and behaviors from the teacher during his work. Also, the results showed that commitment to the professional ethics has the influence in raising the work’s productivity. In Light of these results the researcher suggested a number of recommendations and suggestions, The most important adopting the professional ethics principle from the first stages in the teacher and the student university life, and providing the teachers from the beginning of their work by the professional ethics guide with detailed description about them, and disseminating the professional ethics culture in the state’s different educational and teaching sectors.
