هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية بالإدارات التعليمية ومعوقاتها، وتكونت العينة من (500) من القيادات والعاملين بالإدارات التعليمية. تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور حول واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية ومعوقاتها ومقترحات التغلب عليها، وتم التوصل إلى أهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية ودورها في تجويد العمل، وضعف مستوى الإدارة الإلكترونية وتعدد معوقاتها المادية والبشرية والتشريعية. The current study was undertaken to monitor the reality of electronic management in the educational departments of Dakahlia governorate and to determine constraints which hinder its appropriate application as well as ways overcome them. To achieve the objectives of the study five hundred of leaders and workers in the sector were questional through a three-part questionnaire cover e-management reality, Handicaps and way to overcome their Handicaps the main concludes of the study are: 1) E-management in the is importance for its effectiveness. 2) Current e-management is limited in scope and efficacy due to many financial, personal and legislative factors.
