To achieve the objectives of the study five hundred of leaders and workers in the sector were questional through a three-part questionnaire cover e-management reality, Handicaps and way to overcome their Handicaps the main concludes of the study are: 1) E-management in the is importance for its effectiveness. 2) Current e-management is limited in scope and efficacy due to many financial, personal and legislative factors.
