هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على درجة أهمية معايير جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في جامعة جدة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ استخدم الباحثان استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة أبعاد: (أ) البعد الصحي، (ب) البعد الاجتماعي، (ج) البعد البيئي. وقد وزعت الاستبانة إلى جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية في جامعة جدة الذين يشكلون مجتمع الدراسة. وتألفت العينة من (52) عضو هيئة التدريس، (28) من الذكور، و(24) من الإناث. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة أهمية معايير جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في جامعة جدة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت مرتفعة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن أهمية معايير الخدمات الصحية كانت أكثر أبعاد الاستبانة أهمية، يليها الخدمات البيئية، وفي الأخير الخدمات الاجتماعية. ولم تظهر الدراسة أي فروق في وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول درجة الأهمية لمعايير جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة ذوي الإعاقة بناء على متغير الجنس، أو المؤهل الأكاديمي. وأوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات في المستقبل. The current study aimed to identify the importance of quality standards for services provided to students with disabilities at the University of Jeddah from the viewpoint of faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used a questionnaire consisting of three dimensions: (a) the health dimension, (b) the social dimension, and (c) the environmental dimension. The questionnaire was distributed to all faculty members in the College of Education at the University of Jeddah (the study community). The sample consisted of (52) faculty members, (28) males, and (24) females. The results showed that the importance of quality standards for services provided to students with disabilities at the University of Jeddah from the viewpoint of faculty members was high. The results also showed that the importance of health services standards is the most important dimension of the questionnaire, followed by environmental services, and finally, social services. The study also showed no differences in the views of its members. The study recommended more studies in the future. (Published abstract)
