The study aimed at an opinion poll on the aspects that can be added to the experience of social communication (WhatsApp) in developing the performance of primary school teachers, and knows the types of modern educational techniques necessary to develop the performance of primary school teachers in the East City Education Office (girls) and know the reality of the experience of employing means Social communication (WhatsApp) in developing the performance of female primary school teachers. And the disclosure of the contribution of social media use (WhatsApp) in the development of the performance of primary school teachers, and the disclosure of what can be added to the experience of social media (WhatsApp) in developing the performance of primary school teachers in the East City Education Office (girls). The study used: the descriptive approach. The study used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. In light of the previous results, the study reached a number of recommendations, including: 1) Training female supervisors and teachers on the use of modern educational techniques in primary education, including the use of WhatsApp, computer simulation programs, and specialized websites for primary education. 2) Encourage the employment of technology in education through social networks because of its prominent impact on the effectiveness of the educational process and to keep pace with technical development. 3) Designing websites in the field of educational supervision supervised by the Ministry of Education to follow up on the progress of the educational process. 4) Sensitize and educate female educational supervisors, teachers, and students that behavior on the Internet should be responsible, as if it were in the real world. 5) Good use and use of WhatsApp applications effectively to enhance interaction and integration between female educational supervisors and teachers.
