The current study aimed to: Identify the difficulties and obstacles in applying modern teaching strategies in physics at the secondary education stage from the point of view of the teachers of the physics subject, the descriptive approach was used and the research sample consisted of 60 female teachers, and the researcher committed to directing the questionnaire to the teachers, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data after Apply it to female teachers with 3 years or more experience. The study reached a set of results, including: the presence of some difficulties) difficulties related to the educational environment of modern teaching trends, difficulties related to curricula, difficulties related to students, and difficulties related to female teachers) The researcher also presented some recommendations and proposals as follows: Coordination between the Ministry of Education and the colleges of education in Saudi universities The necessity of developing curricula of educational materials represented by teaching methods that include the latest teaching strategies and training of student teachers in them for the purpose of employing and strengthening them in schools later. Attention to providing laboratories in secondary schools and equipping them with modern laboratory devices and tools required to achieve the highest level of understanding among students in the subject.
