The paper aimed at: defining the concept of sustainable development, the characteristics of sustainable development, the goals of sustainable development in education, and the motives and justifications for developing administrative performance. The paper used the descriptive approach. The paper was concluded with a presentation of the requirements of the digital age, as follows: The ability to use digital technology and communication tools, and employ creative thinking such as resilience, higher thinking skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills and the use of software, and digital culture.
