The study aimed to: Identify the need for active learning as an interactive strategy that pushes for the promotion of scientific values for secondary education students, and to shed light on the nature of scientific values in an attempt to find a reference of scientific value proportional enabling secondary education students to keep pace with the era of science and technology, and to develop a proposed vision to activate learning Active in promoting scientific values for secondary school students. The study used: the descriptive analytical approach, and concluded the paper by presenting the proposed vision to activate active learning in promoting scientific values, and they were as follows: Suggested vision philosophy: Indicators and guidelines can be identified as follows: 1) The scientific role of the modern high school, which gives the school the freedom to design a clear document that expresses its vision towards achieving its goals, and how to achieve its scientific mission in light of this philosophy. 2) Rapid change in various areas of life, especially in light of the great development in the means of communication as one of the outcomes of globalization. The cultural and value fields of societies are among the most important areas that have been severely affected by globalization and its consequences because globalization has facilitated the transmission of cultural ideas and beliefs between societies without regard to borders. Geographical and political states. 3) The urgent need for change in different teaching methods, and the adoption of active learning strategies that show learners their ability to learn without the assistance of an authority, and this enhances their confidence, and teaches them ways to obtain knowledge. The paper made a number of recommendations, including the following: The need for officials to pay attention to making scientific and cultural values a starting point for planning and implementing programs and activities inside the school, emphasizing the importance of the social dimension of science, reviewing the goals of the secondary stage and the goals of its curricula so that they include scientific values, training teachers on methods of developing values, and using value-based approaches to education, as well Training them during the preparation period on active learning and its strategies.
