استهدف البحث وضع مجموعة من متطلبات تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك، تم التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للتميز المؤسسي، والتعرف على أهمية المدارس الثانوية الصناعية وأبرز مشكلاتها ومبررات تحقيق تميزها، وقد استخدم البحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي لكونه المنهج الأكثر ملاءمة لموضوع البحث، وقد انتهى البحث بتقديم مجموعة من المتطلبات الأساسية التي يمكن من خلالها تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بالمدارس الثانوية الصناعية، واتخاذها مدخلا لمواجهة بعض مشكلات التعليم بهذه المدارس. The research objective is to identify a set of requirements to achieve institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools, and to achieve this, the conceptual framework for institutional excellence was identified, and the importance of industrial secondary schools, the most prominent problems, and justifications for achieving their excellence, was used. Research in its study the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate approach to the subject of the research, and the research ended with presenting a set of basic requirements through which it is possible to achieve institutional excellence in industrial secondary schools and take them as an entrance to confront some of the educational problems in these schools.
