The aim of this research is to develop some self-protection skills for the kindergarten child (the skill of protection from kidnapping - the skill of protection from harassment - the skill of protection from psychological abuse) through a program of theatrical activities and answering the main question, which is the effectiveness of theatrical activities in developing self-protection skills for kindergarten children? Where the researcher used the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design on a random sample of the research community, which included children of the second level (5-6 years), and the number of children reached (60) boys and girls divided as follows: (15) boys and (15) girls in the control group,(15) boys and (15) girls in the experimental group, and the search tools were determined in the scale of self-protection skills illustrated for the kindergarten child (prepared by the researcher). This scale was applied before and after verifying its validity and calculating its stability and theatrical activities program to develop some self-protection skills for the kindergarten child (prepared by the researcher). And the dimensionality on the scale of self-protection skills for the kindergarten child (dimensions and total degree degrees) in favor of the post-measurement, and there are statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of the members of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement on the scale of self-protection skills for the kindergarten child (dimensions and total score degrees) in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended the need to benefit from theatrical activities in developing the motor and defensive skills of the kindergarten child, and conducting studies to find out the obstacles to the use of theatrical activities with the kindergarten stage, and conducting more research on the development of self-protection skills.
