هدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير الشراكة الإستراتيجية لدى قيادات الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة المنيا في ضوء تطبيق الذكاء الإستراتيجي، وفي ضوء هذا الهدف استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على وصف الظواهر التربوية وتفسيرها وتحليلها، واستخدم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتم التطبيق على عينة عشوائية قوامها (338) فردا من قيادات الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة المنيا، وتوصلت النتائج الميدانية إلى أن واقع ممارسة قيادات الإدارات التعليمية للشراكة الإستراتيجية بمحافظة المنيا جاء بدرجة ضعيفة بلغت (0.49) وهي أقل من المستوى المطلوب، كما تم التوصل لمتطلبات تطوير قدرات وكفايات الشراكة الإستراتيجية لقيادات الإدارات التعليمية بمحافظة المنيا على ضوء الذكاء الإستراتيجي. The present study aimed to develop strategic partnership of the educational administration leaders in Minia Governorate in the light of implementing strategic intelligence. For this purpose, this study used the descriptive methodology which is based on the description, interpretation and analysis of educational phenomena, and a questionnaire was applied as a tool for collecting data and information from a random sample ranged (338) of the leaders of the educational administrations in Minia Governorate. The obtained field results came with a weak score of (0.49), which is less than the required level, and requirements for developing strategic partnership as one of the dimensions of strategic intelligence for the leaders of the educational administrations in Minia Governorate were conceptualized.
