هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحسين مهارات المواطنة الرقمية والأمن النفسي لدى الطلاب المكفوفين بالتعليم الجامعي (الدرجة الجامعية الأولى والدراسات العليا) من خلال الكشف عن فاعلية بيئة التعلم النقّال المصممة باستخدام منصة إدمودو، واقتضت طبيعة البحث استخدام كل من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، تكونت العينة الأساسية للبحث من (20) طالبا من الطلاب المكفوفين بجامعة بني سويف، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين (ضابطة وتجريبية)، تكونت كل مجموعة من (10) طلاب. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيبق مقياس الأمن النفسي (إعداد زينب شقير، 2005)، مقياس مهارات المواطنة الرقمية (إعداد الباحثين). وتم تصميم مادة المعالجة شبه التجريبية "بيئة التعلم النقال باستخدام منصة إدمودو" وتطبيقها على المجموعة التجريبية. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أسفرت نتائج البحث عن تفوق طلاب المجموعة التجريبية على نظرائهم أفراد المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياسي مهارات المواطنة الرقمية والأمن النفسي، مما يشير إلى فاعلية بيئة التعلم النقال باستخدام منصة إدمودو في تحسين مهارات المواطنة الرقمية والأمن النفسي للطلاب المكفوفين بالتعليم الجامعي. كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياسي مهارات المواطنة الرقمية والأمن النفسي مما يشير إلى استمرارية فاعلية البيئة المقترحة في تحسين هذه المهارات. The current research aimed to verify the effectiveness of Edmodo mobile learning environment on improving digital citizenship skills and psychological security in university blind students (first university degree and postgraduate studies). The research required using both descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches. The main sample consisted of (20) blind students at Beni Suef University, divided into two groups (experimental and control ones), (10) students each. To achieve the research goals, psychological security scale was applied (by Zainab Shokair, 2000), Digital Citizenship Skills Scale researcher-made, and experimental treatment tool designed – mobile learning environment using Edmodo and being applied to the experimental group. After the statistical manipulation, the research findings resulted that there were statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of experimental and control groups in post-assessment on digital citizenship skills and psychological security scales favoring the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group scores in pre and post assessments on digital citizenship skills and psychological security scales favoring the post assessment. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of experimental group in post and follow-up assessments on digital citizenship skills and psychological security scales, and also the results indicated the effectiveness of Edmodo mobile learning environment on improving digital citizenship skills and psychological security in university blind students (first university degree and postgraduate studies), as well as the continuity effectiveness of the proposed environment on improving their skills through follow-up assessment after a month of graduation.
