هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على مهارات التعليم الريادي، في تنمية فاعلية الذات والتوجه نحو العمل الحر لدى معلمي علم النفس قبل الخدمة بكلية التربية جامعة المنيا، وللتحقق من ذلك تم تصميم البرنامج في ضوء مهارات التعليم الريادي وبناء مقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس التوجه نحو العمل الحر، وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (40) طالبا وطالبة، وتم تطبيق أداتا القياس (مقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس التوجه نحو العمل الحر) قبليا ثم تدريس البرنامج المقترح، ثم تطبيق أداتا القياس مرة أخرى، وتم تحليل نتائج البحث، وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية البرنامج ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في مقياس فاعلية الذات ومقياس التوجه نحو العمل الحر لصالح التطبيق البعدي. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of program based on entrepreneurship education skills to develop self-efficacy and orientation towards self-employment for pre-service psychology teacher in Faculty of Education - Minia University. To achieve the purposes of the study, a program and two scales were developed. the sample consisted of (40) students. The pre-application of the tools of the study was done for the group, program based on entrepreneurship education skills was taught to the group. The post-application of the tools of the study was done for the group. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences between the means of the scores of the students in the pre and post application of self-efficacy scale and orientation towards self-employment scale in the favaur of the post application.
