هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى استعداد مدارس الدمج للتحول نحو التعليم الجامع، والتعرف على المعيقات التي قد تحول دون تطبيقه من وجهة نظر العاملين بمدارس الدمج في مدينة جدة، وعلاقته بمتغيري العمر الزمني، وسنوات الخبرة. وشملت عينة الدراسة (71) فردا من معلمي التربية الخاصة ومعلمي التعليم العام. وأظهرت النتائج أن استعداد مدارس الدمج للتحول نحو التعليم الجامع كان متوسطا، كما أنه لا توجد فروق بين معلمي التربية الخاصة ومعلمي التعليم العام من حيث الاستعداد، وظهرت فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الاستعداد بين الفئات العمرية المستجيبة لصالح الفئة الأقل من 30 عاما وذات الخبرة الأقل من خمس سنوات. This study aims to identify the readiness of the integration schools to move towards inclusive education and determining the obstacles that might prevent its implementation from the point of view of the employees of integration schools in Jeddah and its relation to the variables of the age and years of experience. The sample population included (71) individuals from special and general education teachers. The results showed that the readiness of the integration schools to move towards inclusive education was moderate. Additionally, there were no differences in terms of readiness between the teachers of special education and the general education teachers. There were statistically significant differences in the level of readiness among the age groups in favor of teachers aged below 30 years who have experience of less than five years.
