يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية التعلم التنافسي الفردي باستخدام تمارين خاصة في تعلم مهارتي التمرير والإرسال من الأسفل بالكرة الطائرة، والكشف عن أفضل مجموعة لتحقيق التعلم وتتحدد مشكلة البحث إلى إيجاد بدائل تعليمية من خلال استخدام أساليب واستراتيجيات تدريسية حديثة والاستفادة من تمارين خاصة عند تعلم المهارات لتحقيق الأهداف في البيئة التعليمية خدمة للعملية التدريسية، إذ تم اختيار (30) طالب عشوائيا من الصف الثاني في قسم التربية الرياضية، كلية التربية الأساس بجامعة كرميان، وكان معدل أعمارهم (19-21) سنة والمنتظمين والمواظبين بالدوام للسنة الدراسية (2016-2017)، وتم اختبارهم في مهارتي التمرير والإرسال من الأسفل بالكرة الطائرة، إذ قسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين، الأولى (تجريبية) وكانت تستخدم استراتيجية التعلم التنافسي الفردي باستخدام تمارين خاصة معدة لتعلم مهارتي التمرير والإرسال من الأسفل بالكرة الطائرة، والثانية (ضابطة) تستخدم الأسلوب المتبع من قبل مدرس المادة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث فروقا معنويا في تعلم المهارتين وللمجموعتين، إذ ظهرت هناك فروق معنوية في اختبار التمرير من الأسفل ولصالح المجموعة الضابطة، أما في اختبار الإرسال من الأسفل لم تظهر لدينا فروق معنوية بين المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة). وأوصت الباحثة تطبيق استراتيجية التعلم التنافسي الفردي باستخدام تمارين خاصة في تعلم الطلاب مهارتي التمرير والإرسال من الأسفل بالكرة الطائرة، واقترحت أيضا إجراء دراسات في أنواع أخرى من الاستراتيجيات والأساليب التدريسية الحديثة وعلى ألعاب فردية وجماعية. The research aims to identify the impact of the individual competitive learning strategy by using special exercises on learning the skills of pass and service from below in volleyball, and to reveal the best group to achieve learning. The research problem is determined to find educational alternatives through the use of modern teaching methods and strategies and the use of special exercises when learning skills to achieve the goals in the educational environment in the service of the teaching process, as (30) students were randomly selected from the second grade in the Department of Physical Education, College of Basic Education at Garmian University, and their average age was (19-21) years and the regular and regular attendants for the academic year 2016- 2017 and they were tested in the skills of pass and service from the below in volleyball, as the sample was divided into two groups, the first (experimental) using the individual competitive learning strategy using special exercises designed to learn the skills of pass and service from the below with volleyball, and the second (control) using the method used by the subject teacher. The results of the research showed significant differences in the learning of the two skills and for the two groups, as there were significant differences in the pass test from below and in favor of the control group, but in the transmission test from the below, we did not show significant differences between the two groups (experimental and control). The researcher recommended the application of the individual competitive learning strategy by using special exercises to teach students the skills of pass and service from the below in volleyball, and also suggested conducting studies in other types of strategies and modern teaching methods and on individual and group games.
