هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز ملامح توصيات أبحاث تعليم الرياضيات. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث استخدمت بطاقة لتحليل توصيات أبحاث تعليم الرياضيات البالغ عددها (965) توصية، وتم التأكد من صدق وثبات أدوات الدراسة، واستخدم الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن توصيات أبحاث تعليم الرياضيات بجامعة أم القرى ركزت بشكل كبير على المجالات المتعلقة بكل من: (التقنيات ووسائل تعليم الرياضيات)، ثم (تدريس الرياضيات)، ثم (تعلم الرياضيات)، وتركزت حول المجالات الفرعية المتمثلة في: (دمج التقنية بتعليم الرياضيات)، ثم (نماذج وطرق واستراتيجيات تدريس الرياضيات)، ثم (التطوير المهني لمعلم الرياضيات)، بينما أظهرت النتائج أن معظم التوصيات استهدفت (المعلمين)، ثم (المتعلمين)، وأن (صناع القرار) هم المسئولون عن تطبيق أكثر من نصف مجموع التوصيات، يليهم (المعلمون)، ثم (المشرفون). كما أظهرت النتائج أن الغالبية العظمى من التوصيات ترتبط بنتائج الدراسات التي انبثقت منها، وأن ما يقارب نصف التوصيات لم تتم صياغتها بصورة إجرائية تتضمن آلية واضحة للتطبيق، وأن ما يقارب ثلث التوصيات لا تتضمن جهة واضحة مسئولة عن تطبيقها. This study aimed to identify the most prominent features of the research recommendations of mathematics education. The study adopted the descriptive method with analysis approaches. It used an analysis card for analyzing the 965 recommendations of the research on mathematics education. The validity and reliability of the study instrument and the use of appropriate statistical methods have been confirmed. Findings of the study showed that the recommendations of the research on mathematics education in Umm Al-Qura University focused to a great extent on the areas related to: “techniques and means of mathematics education”, “teaching mathematics”, and “learning mathematics”. They also centered on sub-domains represented in: “the integration of technology with teaching mathematics”; “models, methods and strategies of teaching mathematics”, and “professional development of mathematics’ teachers”. The findings showed that most recommendations target the “teachers” and the “learners”, and that the “decision - makers” are the ones responsible for applying more than half the total of the recommendations, followed by “teachers” then “supervisors”. Moreover, the findings demonstrated that the great majority of the recommendations are linked to the results of the studies from which they were derived, and that about half of the recommendations procedurally drafted to ensure a clear applicable mechanism. About one third of the recommendations does not include a clear responsible party for their application. (Published abstract)
