هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة رضا أعضاء هيئات التدريس في الجامعات عن إدارة الجامعة لجائحة فيروس كورونا بالمملكة العربية السعودية-جامعة القصيم: دراسة حالة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم أداة تكونت من (25) فقرة توزعت على مجالات ثلاث، وهي: مجال التعليم والتعلم، ومجال التطوير والبحث العلمي، ومجال الشراكة المجتمعية. وتم توزيع الأداة على عينة تألفت من (392) عضو هيئة التدريس في الجامعة. بينت نتائج الدراسة أن مجال التعليم والتعلم قد جاء في المرتبة الأولى، ثم جاء مجال التطوير والبحث العلمي بالمرتبة الثانية، أما مجال الشراكة المجتمعية فقد جاء في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس على مجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الكلية، وذلك لصالح تقديرات الكليات الإنسانية، ومتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية لصالح تقديرات ذوي الرتبة أستاذ عند مجال التعليم والتعلم، ومتغير الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 7 سنوات) عند مجال الشراكة المجتمعية. The study aimed at identifying the satisfaction degree of faculty members in universities with the university administration of the Coronavirus pandemic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Qassim University: a case study. To achieve the study objectives, an instrument was designed consisting of (25) items distributed on three domains: the education and learning domain, the development and scientific research domain, and the community partnership domain. The instrument was distributed to a sample consisted of (392) members. The results of the study revealed that the education and learning domain ranked firstly, and then the development and scientific research ranked second, while the field of community partnership came lastly. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the sample subjects responses on the study domains due to the faculty variable, in favor of human faculties, the academic rank variable in favor of the professor’s rank on teaching and learning domain, and the experience variable in favor of (more than 7 years) on community partnership domain.
