هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسات معلمي الرياضيات التدريسية الداعمة لاستيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية بالمرحلة الابتدائية وذلك من خلال استطلاع وجهة نظر عينة عشوائية من مشرفي الرياضيات العاملين في الإدارات التعليمية بمنطقة مكة المكرمة حيث بلغ عددهم (53) مشرفا، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء استبانة تكونت في صورتها النهائية من (20) عبارة توزعت على ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن درجة ممارسة معلمي الرياضيات التدريسية الداعمة لاستيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في مجالاتها الثلاث التمهيد والعرض والتقويم، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة البحث تبعا لمتغير الإدارة التعليمية في تلك الممارسات، وأوصي البحث بتوجيه البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الابتدائية نحو الاستراتيجيات التدريسية المحققة لاستيعاب المفاهيم الرياضية. The study aimed to identify the reality of the instructional practices of mathematics teachers which support mathematical conceptual understanding in the primary stage from the point of view of mathematics supervisors in Makkah educational region. The study sample consisted of (53) educational supervisors. To achieve the aim of the study, a valid questionnaire has been built. It consisted of (20) items distributed in three main domains. The findings of the study revealed that the level of Instructional practices of the mathematics teachers which support the mathematical conceptual understanding is medium in the all three domains (introduction, presentation and evaluation). Also, there is no statistical difference between the responses of the samples according to the variable of the educational directorate. The researcher recommended to train the primary stage mathematics teachers on teaching strategies which support the mathematical conceptual understanding. (Published abstract)
