سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد المعايير المناسبة لتقويم أداء الطالبات المعلمات في كليات التربية في ضوء أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر عضوات هيئة التدريس في كليتي التربية بجامعة المجمعة: (المجمعة، والزلفي)، وتمثلت أداتا الدراسة في: "استمارة مقابلة، واستبانة لتحديد المعايير المناسبة لتقييم أداء الطالبة المعلمة في كليات التربية في ضوء أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من (76) عضوة من عضوات هيئة التدريس بكليتي التربية: بالمجمعة، والزلفي، واقترحت الدراسة قائمة معايير موزعة على (5) أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية متضمنة (9) معايير، و(36) مؤشراً للأداء، وجاءت النتائج مؤيدة للمعايير المقترحة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع آليات لنشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية في مؤسسات التعليم، وجعلها مقررا رئيسا، وعاما من متطلبات الدراسة الجامعية، واقترحت الدراسة برنامجا في المواطنة الرقمية؛ لتنمية الوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية لدى طلاب الجامعة. The current study aimed to define the appropriate criteria for assessment the performance of female teachers in colleges of education in the light of the dimensions of digital citizenship from the viewpoint of members of the teaching staff in the colleges of education at Majmaah University: (Majmaah and Zulfi), assessment the performance of the teacher student in the colleges of education in the light of the dimensions of digital citizenship, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, The study group consisted of (76) female faculty members in the two colleges of education: in Majmaa and Zulfi, and the study proposed a list of criteria distributed on (5) dimensions of digital citizenship including (9) standards, and (36) performance indicators, and the results came in support of the proposed criteria. The study recommended that mechanisms should be put in place to spread the culture of digital citizenship in educational institutions and make it a major course and general requirement for university study, and the study proposed a program in digital citizenship; to develop awareness of digital citizenship among university students.
