هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مستوى المعرفة والتطبيق لمبادئ التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الطائف، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (272) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية، وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة البحث، والتحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ثم طبقت الأداة المكونة من (26) عبارة على عينة الدراسة. أشارت نتائج البحث إلى انخفاض مستوى المعرفة بمبادئ التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ لدى المعلمات، وارتفاع مستوى التطبيق لمبادئ التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ، كما أشارت النتائج كذلك إلى أن مستوى المعرفة بمبادئ التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ أعلى لدى المعلمات ذوات التخصصات العلمية منه عند المعلمات ذوات التخصصات الأدبية، كما أشارت النتائج كذلك إلى عدم وجود أثر للخبرة والتخصص بالنسبة لتطبيق مبادئ التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ. The objective of the research was to reveal the level of knowledge, and practice of the principles of brain-based learning of secondary schools' teachers at Taif. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive analysis method, the sample of the research was consisted of (272) female secondary school's teachers. The researcher prepared the research instrument and reified their validity and reliability, then the brain-based questioner (BBLQ) was applied on the sample. The research results showed the low level of knowledge of the principles of brain-based learning in secondary schools' teachers and the high level of practice of brain-based learning principles. The results also showed that the level of knowledge of the principles of brain-based learning is higher among teachers with scientific disciplines. Finally, the results showed that there is no effect of experience and discipline in the practice of brain-based learning principles among secondary school's teachers. (Published abstract)
