This research aims to reveal the negative effects that the phenomenon of school failure causes on the students, especially when it comes to a sensitive sector within the social systems, namely, the education sector that contributes a large percentage to its growth through education of the learner's mind and develops his idea and educates in it the power of innovation and the integrity of evaluation and the spirit of criticism with an independent opinion. Based on these determinants, we will search for what this phenomenon can create from a stifling crisis to lower the level of education in the first degree and in the creation of a society dispersed by the spread of a large number of pests created by this failure on the other hand and how can the educational support strategy as a means of mitigating the phenomenon on the third hand, hence the importance of this study.
