The current research aims to determine the degree of chemistry teachers practice of critical thinking skills as a whole from their point of view, the research sample consisted of 40 teachers and schools of chemistry teachers in secondary schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education of Baghdad / Karkh Third, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for critical thinking skills in the field of his skills, which is (comparison, summary, observation, classification, distinction, higher thinking skills, evaluation) and the number of sub-skills reached 27, the results of the study showed: that the chemistry teachers practice some skills from their point of view are high which is the skill of observation and some are medium and it is a skill (comparison and summarization) and reproach Silver for skills (classification, distinction, evaluation). The research reached some recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
