The present research aims at finding out (the effectiveness of a strategy that consisted of the participations in the development of thinking behind the knowledge and decision-making among the second intermediate students in geography) The researcher formulated the following zero hypotheses: 1) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0,05) between the average level of planning skill among the average of the experimental group who studied geography according to the strategies of the subjects and the average score of the control group who studied the same material in the usual way in the post-test test Thinking Beyond Cognitive. 2) There is no statistically significant difference at the level of statistical significance at the level of (0.05) between the average level of control skill and control between the average score of students of the experimental group who studied geography according to the strategy of the contributions and the average score of the control group who studied the same article in the usual way in the post-test on the test of meta-cognitive thinking. 3) There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average level of evaluation skill between the average score of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the strategy of the subjects and the average score of the students of the control group who studied the same article in the usual way in the post-test on the test of thinking beyond Knowledge. 4) There is no significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students in the experimental group in the tests (tribal - post). 5) There was no statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied in accordance with the strategy of corrupt students and the control group students who studied in the normal way in the decision scale. The researcher used the experimental method in achieving the objective of the research and its hypotheses. In order to verify this, the researcher chose an experimental design with partial control and randomly selected a sample of second secondary students from the secondary school of the Diyala Department of Pure Education. The sample consisted of (60) (30) students for the experimental group and (30) students for the control group. The article was the first three chapters of the book of geography by the Ministry of Education, the first semester of the academic year (2015 - 2016) The researcher was rewarded between the two research groups with the following variables (IQ test, age of female students calculated by months, academic achievement of parents, academic attainment of mothers) The research tools used by researcher Adata Research (decision-making scale, test skills of thinking beyond knowledge) The results of the study showed that the results of the study were superior to those of the experimental group, which studied the use of the strategy of the damaged students on the students of the control group studied in the traditional way. The researcher recommended the preparation of a guide to develop modern strategies and its distribution to teachers, and suggested comparing other modern strategies with the damaged histories.
