هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على آليات الشراكة بين الجامعة والقطاع الصناعي في جنوب إفريقيا، والتوصل إلى إجراءات مقترحة لتحقيق الشراكة الفعالة بين الجامعات المصرية والقطاع الصناعي. واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي لدراسة المشكلة. وتوصل في نتائجه إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتحقيق الشراكة الفعالة بين الجامعات المصرية والقطاع الصناعي ومنها الأخذ بفكرة الكراسي البحثية في مصر، وتحسين قدرة الجامعات على اكتشاف وتطبيق المعارف الجديدة من خلال إنشاء مراكز للتميز من أجل تحفيز الإبداع في مجال البحث، وتبني الجامعات لفكرة حاضنات الأعمال، مع توفير متطلبات نجاحها، والاستغلال التجاري لحقوق الملكية الفكرية والإبداع وتنمية مصادر الدخل. The current research aims to identify the mechanisms of partnership between the university and the industrial sector in South Africa and come up with a proposed procedure for achieving effective partnership between the Egyptian universities and the industrial sector. The current research adopted the descriptive approach due to study the problem. The current research reached a set of results to a set of proposed actions to achieve effective partnership between the Egyptian universities and the industrial sector, including the introduction of the idea of research chairs in Egypt, and improve the ability of universities to the discovery and application of new knowledge through the establishment of centers of excellence in order to stimulate creativity in the field of research, and the adoption of the universities to the idea of incubators business, while providing their success requirements, the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights, innovation and the development of sources of income.
