هدف البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير العلاقات السببية المباشرة وغير المباشرة لكل من: التفكير المنظومي وفاعلية الذات الإبداعية في الكمالية والتحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنيا، وكذلك تعرف أثر كل من النوع (ذكور - إناث)، والتخصص (علمي - أدبي) والتفاعل بينهما على كل من: التفكير المنظومي وفاعلية الذات الإبداعية والكمالية والتحصيل الدراسي، وقد بلغت عينة البحث (240) طالبا وطالبة (130 إناث - 110 ذكور)، (124 أدبي - 116 علمي)، واستخدم الباحث مقياس التفكير المنظومي (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس فاعلية الذات الإبداعية (إعداد Abbut, 2010؛ ترجمة الباحث)، ومقياس الكمالية (إعداد الباحث) في ضوء مقياس (Hewitt & Flett, 1991). وقد توصلت نتائج هذا البحث باستخدام تحليل المسار وتحليل التباين الثنائي إلى ما يلي: 1) توجد تأثيرات سببية مباشرة وغير مباشرة لكل من: أبعاد التفكير المنظومي وفاعلية الذات الإبداعية على الكمالية والتحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنيا. 2) وجود أثر دال للفروق بين الجنسين في بعد إدراك العلاقات المنظومية وفاعلية الذات في التفكير الإبداعي، لم يكن هنالك أثر دال للفروق بين الجنسين في باقي المتغيرات. 3) لم يكن هنالك أثر دال للفروق بين التخصصات العلمية والأدبية في جميع متغيرات البحث عدا بعد (تركيب المنظومات). 4) عدم وجود أثر دال للتفاعل بين التخصص والنوع في جميع متغيرات البحث. This research aimed at investigating the direct and indirect effects of systemic thinking and creative self-efficacy on perfectionism and achievement of the students of the faculty of Education, Minia University, it also aimed at investigating the Effect of gender (males - females), specialization (scientific - literary) and the interaction between them on Systemic thinking, Creative Self-efficacy, Perfectionism, Achievement. A total of (240) Students (130 females, 110 males), (116 scientific, 124 literary) participated in the research. the tools of the research included systemic thinking scale prepared by the present researcher and creative Self-efficacy scale prepared by (Abbut, 2010; translated by the researcher), Perfectionism scale (prepared by the present researcher) in the light of (Hewitt & Flett, 1991) scale. The most important findings were as follows: 1) There were Direct and Indirect Effects of Systemic thinking and Creative Self-efficacy on Perfectionism and Achievement of the Students of the faculty of Education, Minia University. 2) There was a significant effect of the differences, between the males and females in a dimension comprehension of systematic relationships, self-efficacy in creative thinking, but there was no significant effect of the differences, between the males and females sections in the other variables. 3) There was no significant effect differences, between the scientific and literary sections in the research variables except a dimension (systematic synthesis). 4) There was no significant effect interaction, between specialization and gender in the research variables.
