هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى عقد مقارنة بين طبيعة التعليم التقني والمهني في بعض دول أمريكا اللاتينية وتحديدا (البرازيل - الأرجنتين - المكسيك)، ورصد واقع خبرات هذه الدول في هذا المجال في ضوء أهم القوى والعوامل الثقافية المؤثرة فيه، وذلك سعيا للوصول إلى وضع تصور مقترح يمكن الإفادة منه في تطوير التعليم التقني والمهني في مصر. وفي ضوء طبيعة مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وقد انتهت إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين وتطوير التعليم التقني والمهني في مصر يتمثل في خطوتين أساسيتين، وهما: 1) إنشاء أفرع لشركات القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التقنية والصناعية داخل المدارس الثانوية الفنية. 2) إعداد برنامجا خاصا بمختلف الجامعات المصرية يكون مسئولا عن عقد دورات للمهن الفنية والهندسية، والتي تمنح شهادات معتمدة معادلة لشهادات البكالوريوس. The aim of this study was to compare among systems of technical and vocational education in some Latin American countries, namely; Brazil-Argentina-Mexico. In addition, this study sought to explore the field experiences of these countries in concern to the most influential cultural forces and factors in order to submit a proposed vision that provide proposals to benefit from these experiences in developing the Egyptian technical and vocational education. In the light of its problem and objectives, this study used the comparative approach and provided a proposed founded vision for the development of the Egyptian technical and vocational education, including two main steps: 1) Establishing branches for private sector companies and technical and industrial civil institutions within the borders of Egyptian technical secondary schools. 2) Preparing a specialized program suitable to various Egyptian universities for holding courses for technical and engineering profession, which grant accredited certificates equivalent to those of the bachelor degree.
