هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى طلاب كلية التربية الأساسية لأداء الخدمات المكتبية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة بدولة الكويت، وقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لطلاب كلية التربية الأساسية اللازمة لتنمية الخدمات المكتبية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة؟ تم بناء أدوات البحث وهي عبارة عن (استبانه تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية) وفي ضوء نتائج الاستبانة تم تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى طلاب كلية التربية الأساسية لأداء الخدمات المكتبية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة بدولة الكويت، تم تطبيق البحث على عينة مكونة من (100) طالب وطالبة من كلية التربية الأساسية قسم علم المكتبات، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لبناء قائمة بالمهارات اللازمة لطلبة قسم علم المكتبات وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج وجود درجة كبيرة من الاحتياج التدريبي لجميع المهارات المتضمنة في البحث وأن مهارات الإعداد الببليوغرافي قد احتلت المرتبة الأولى تليها المهارات الإدارية ثم المهارات التكنولوجية، ثم المهارات الشخصية اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة المكتبية وفي المرتبة قبل الأخيرة جاءت المهارات الفنية أما مهارات تحليل وصياغة إستراتيجيات البحث فقد احتلت المرتبة الأخيرة. The aim of this research is to determine the training needs of students of the College of Basic Education to perform office services in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the State of Kuwait, and the research problem has been identified in the following main question: What are the training needs for students of the College of Basic Education necessary to develop office services in the light of comprehensive quality standards? The researcher built the research tools, which is (a questionnaire identifying training needs). In the light of the results of the questionnaire, the researcher has determined the training needs of students of the College of Basic Education to perform office services in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the State of Kuwait, the research was applied to a sample consisting of (100) students a student from the College of Basic Education, Department of Library Science, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to build a list of skills needed for students of the Department of Library Science. And the study showed the following results: The presence of a large degree of training need for all the skills included in the research and that the bibliographic preparation skills occupied the first rank followed by the administrative skills and then the technological skills, then the personal skills necessary to provide the office service and in the penultimate level came technical skills as for the skills of analyzing and formulating research strategies have occupied the last rank.
